We take booking up to 3 months in advance and the reservations office is open from 9am – 6pm Tuesday to
Friday and 10am – 4pm on Saturday. All bookings must be done via our website. If you wish to make a booking
enquiry you can telephone us on +44 (0) 20 8515 8177.
All reservations made for five (5) and above must be secured with a booking fee of £10pp. Booking fees must be
paid at the time of the booking, larger parties of fifteen (15) or more can benefit from a 7 day grace period to
collect deposits if required. Failure to do so may result in the booking being cancelled without notice.
Booking fees are refundable at the conclusion of each event or can be contributed toward the total bill upon
request. Please mention to your server you have a deposit when requesting your final bill.
In order to allow other guests time to enjoy our beautiful restaurant and service our table time policy is as
2 – 4 Guests — 2 Hours
5 – 9 Guests — 2.5 Hours
If you are running late for your table please call and advise us as soon as possible but this may eat into the time
you have available in the restaurant. A late fee charge of (£100.00) will be applied to tables that are 30 minutes late and
must be paid upon arrival prior to service.
Pre- order meals are required for bookings of twelve (12) or more, menu choices must be sent ten (10) days
prior to your visit (via email:firstname.lastname@example.org), no later. Please note changes to menu choices
are not permitted on the day of event.
Guests MUST choose between a 2 Course (starter & main or main & dessert) or a 3 Course (starter, main and
dessert) from our set menu. Please note that we only offer a set menu as seen on our website, a 12.5%
service charge will also be attached to your table.
